Meet Our Staff

When one walks into Mansfield Family Dentistry, the first thing he/she will notice is the incredibly family friendly atmosphere. This is accomplished through the office efforts of a highly trained staff that genuinely desires to meet the needs of each of our patients. Usually the first person you will meet is the beautiful Andra. Stephanie is our hygiene coordinator, where maintaining overall health of the patient is her primary goal. Stacie is the appointment coordinator for Dr. John Bauer and Dr. Cody Bauer. She is wonderful at helping each patient plan time for dental treatment. Then to greet you with a warm welcome and extended hand are Kim and Deana our Practice Financial coordinators. They have helped so many patients fit dental treatment into their budgets! Terri, Dr. John Bauer�s wife and business partner, is one of the hygienist that heads up diagnostics and treatment coordination. She and the doctors spend a great deal of time helping patients achieve optimum dental health. Kelly, our other hygienist, has had many years of training in the area of periodontal (gum and tissue) health. She always lends a kind word and a smile sure to make patients feel right at home. Natalie and Tessi are now here with us as hygienist, but began working with Dr. Bauer as high school students. It has been amazing to watch them mature and obtain their degrees in dental hygiene. Juan and Maria are hygiene assistants and give each patient that added touch to make their visit to our office unique. The doctors are especially proud of their assisting team, Wendie, Ashley, Vanessa, and Jazz. With many years of training, they are an extension of the doctor that assures each patient a great dental experience. The two employees not seen much but hold the business end of the practice in check are Mary Ann and Amy.
